The Aluminium Block is a robust and adaptable product that is widely used in many different industries. Aluminium is a lightweight, pliable metal that resists rusting and is used to make this block. Large slabs or billets of molten aluminium are created during production, and these are subsequently shaped by rolling, forging, stamping, or extrusion. There are several sizes and grades of aluminium blocks available, including 6061, 6082, 7075, 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 2014, 2024, 5052, 5754, and 50832. Their primary function is milling, whereby they create dies, moulds, and customised parts for use in industrial, automotive, and electronic applications. Even with all of their benefits, aluminium blocks do have certain drawbacks.
